As a professional painter and designer Lynn Gandolfi has always believed that art, whatever
the size or medium, should serve a purpose beyond that of just being decorative. That purpose is to uplift the
spirit.
In both large paintings and small ceramic paintings, Lynn applies many layers of paint or glaze to acquire a certain
depth of color in order to evoke strong positive feelings. Wall boxes are a collaboration of both painting and sculpture
and can be displayed individually or as a collection.
Lynn presently makes her home in Portland, Oregon.
