Newman Ceramic Works

Alan and Brenda Newman have been full time studio potters since 1978. Their functional porcelain combines elegant sculptural forms, with botanical elements inspired by the abundant plants and flowers which surround them in their Oregon home. They choose to create in porcelain for it's translucent, delicate quality, and light color, which creates a perfect canvas for their unique and flowing micro-crystalline glazes. The beautiful porcelain of Newman Ceramics have won numerous awards and is featured prominently in books and collections across the country.
