Form and Reform
The qualities of steel: strength, flexibility, durability and simple beauty, are celebrated in the furniture and accessories
made at Form and Reform. Combining centuries old techniques of blacksmithing with modern fabrication processes,
Form and Reform create interesting textures, shapes and finishes resulting in their own unique line of hand
forged furniture and accessories. Owner and designer, Jon Sarriugarte, along with contributing artist, Julie Henry, make
each piece by hand in the Oakland, California studio.
"Modular" is the latest line of tables and accessories created at Form and Reform. The line was designed by contributing
artist and fellow craftsman, Julie Henry. With the Modular design, Julie pays homage to the design styles of the late
fifties. She achieves depth through repeating curves in the layers of glass and metal. Modular is designed to have
interchangeable legs to custom fit your needs. There are 5 lengths to choose from, 16", 20", 24", 30", and 34".
