- Stephen Dixon is obsessed with crisp detail and impeccable craftsmanship. He is known for very contemporary architectural rings in mixed golds which juxtapose sandblasted finishes next to high polished surfaces to heighten the effect. After obtaining a degree in Architecture from Ohio State University, Columbus, Stephen Dixon attended the Oregon School of Arts and Crafts. He has been designing jewelry and winning awards at national shows for over 30 years. His new line of jewelry is entirely the opposite of hard-edge: "Tendrils, the grapevine's elegant grip, are the source for these pendants, earrings, and rings. Cut directly from the vine in my own vineyard, and cast in precious metals, they are a lovely example of nature's chaotic versatility."
